The 2025 Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) brought together the biggest names in K-pop for a two-day celebration held on November 14 and 15 at the INSPIRE Arena in Incheon. This year’s event, titled “KGMA with iM Bank,” honored music released between October 2024 and September 2025.
Artist Day, hosted by Red Velvet’s Irene and actress Nam Ji Hyun, kicked things off with major wins and heartfelt speeches. The top awards of the night—the Daesangs—went to several leading acts. ATEEZ was named Grand Artist of 2025, while BOYNEXTDOOR took home Grand Performer. The Grand Honor’s Choice awards were given to THE BOYZ and rookie group ALLDAY PROJECT.
The Best Artist 10 lineup featured a wide mix of groups and solo artists. This year’s winners, listed alphabetically, included: ATEEZ, BOYNEXTDOOR, CRAVITY, FIFTY FIFTY, Jennie, Lee Chan Won, RIIZE, THE BOYZ, Xdinary Heroes, and xikers.
BTS members also made a strong showing. Jin won Best Music Video for “Don’t Say You Love Me,” while j-hope won Best Hip Hop.
Other notable wins included D.O. (Doh Kyung Soo) taking home Best OST for “Forever” from Resident Playbook, and Xdinary Heroes winning Best Band. Lee Chan Won was one of the night’s biggest winners, earning four awards, including Trend of the Year (Trot) and the Popularity Award.
The celebration continued on November 15 with Music Day, hosted by Natty of KISS OF LIFE and Nam Ji Hyun. This part of the show focused on performances, featuring artists like Stray Kids, IVE, BTOB, fromis_9, P1Harmony, and KISS OF LIFE.
Stray Kids took home five awards, including Daesang (Grand Prize,) and IVE also won the Grand Song award.
