2NE1 Announces ‘Welcome Back’ Concert in Seoul to Celebrate 15th Debut Anniversary

2NE1 Welcome Back Concert Poster

Earlier this week, Yang Hyun Suk shared the activity plans of artists under YG Entertainment and revealed the highly-anticipated 2NE1 tour.

On July 24, YG Entertainment released a poster for the 2024 2NE1 CONCERT [WELCOME BACK] IN SEOUL. The concert will be held at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park in Seoul on October 5-6.

2NE1 is reuniting with their fans at the highly anticipated ‘Welcome Back’ concert, their first group show in nearly 11 years. Tickets are expected to sell out since the group is reuniting after a long time.

This concert not only signals the group’s long-awaited comeback but also celebrates the legacy of 2NE1, the pioneering YG girl group that started it all.

Although 2NE1 had already confirmed concerts in Japan, including shows at World Hall in Kobe in late November and Ariake Arena in Tokyo in late December, the group decided to hold their comeback performance in Korea first.

2NE1 is set to embark on an extensive global tour, kicking off with concerts in Seoul on October 5th and 6th, followed by shows in Kobe and Tokyo, Japan. The group aims to perform in multiple countries worldwide by next year.

After debuting under YG Entertainment in 2009, 2NE1 released many hit songs including Fire, I Am The Best, Come Back Home, Gotta Be You, and more before eventually disbanding in November 2016.

Notably, this is not their first reunion after disbandment, the members reunited in April 2022 for a performance at Coachella.

General ticket sales for 2NE1’s highly anticipated solo concert, ‘Welcome Back’, will go live on Interpark Ticket on August 5 at 8 PM KST.
