ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin Alleged Plan to Use BTS’ Military Service and Media Play Exposed

Alleged Leaked chat between ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin and VP Lee exposes shocking plans to break away from HYBE and establish ADOR as an independent entity.

On May 27, an alleged conversation between Min Hee Jin and key ADOR executive Lee was leaked by a Korean media outlet, TV Daily.

In the leaked chat, VP Lee urged Min Hee Jin to take action before BTS completes their military service and returns next year.

Moreover, it was revealed that in February, they allegedly devised a one-year plan to make ADOR independent. VP Lee said, “If we make things difficult for HYBE, ADOR is free.”

It is worth mentioning that the alleged conversation between the two seemingly confirms HYBE’s allegations about the takeover attempt. The text messages hint at them meeting investors and reporters to discuss separating ADOR from HYBE.

In a conversation with CEO Min, VP Lee mentions, “If HYBE chart manipulation is exposed the public would lose faith in them, right? If these damages add up, the bleeding would be huge.”

In response, ADOR’s CEO said, “We need to prepare to get out while the HYBE is under fire, let’s meet this **** guy sometimes a reporter introduced by ***.”

ADOR VP then mentioned his plan saying that he will prepare carefully and build a personal network of investors, accountants, competitors, directors, and investment firms.

In another alleged conversation in March, both discussed negotiating the contract withdrawal for NewJeans. CEO Min and VP Lee acknowledged that the price of terminating their contract would be too high.

However, they planned that they could settle at a price of approximately 800 billion won (600 billion won for contract termination + 100 billion won for new contracts, and 20 billion initial investment).

In addition, Min Hee Jin told an ADOR employee in a chat that NewJeans’ parents would be the whistleblowers.

Min Hee Jin allegedly planned to go public with the issue and seize control when HYBE faced media scrutiny over chart manipulation. She intended to wait for HYBE to approach her for damage control negotiations, at which point she would present her terms and demands.

On another note, BTS was recently accused of chart-rigging and an investigation has started. Netizens think CEO Min Hee Jin might have planned this to hurt HYBE’s reputation and distract from ADOR’s own problems.
