ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin held a press conference to respond to HYBE’s allegations on April 25.

In a press briefing that lasted two hours, she addressed the accusations and rumors surrounding the conflict and exposed chats with HYBE’s chairman Bang Si Hyuk.

Neitzens following the conflict wanted to know who the NewJeans members favored: HYBE or ADRO. While HYBE ensured full support to NewJeans, CEO Min Hee Jin expressed the reality is otherwise.

When a reporter from Yonhap asked if she was going to step down as requested by HYBE and how the members are. To which, she burst into tears, saying, “NewJeans and I have something more than what you would know, they always tell me they thank me and love me.”

She revealed that Hanni and Haerin contacted her following the HYBE-ADOR conflict, “Hanni told me that she’d come over to me. Haerin is usually like a cat and does not speak a lot, but she called me and told me she couldn’t come up with the words to text me.”

Min Hee Jin revealed that Haerin cried for 20 minutes and the members’ mothers were worried that I might kill myself. She revealed that HYBE’s CEO Park Ji Won told NewJeans members’ mothers that they’re not going to talk to them but to ADOR.

She further revealed that she only cares about NewJeans and does not matter who owns the company, saying, “All I’m asking is that they leave us alone.”

Lastly, Min Hee Jin revealed she was in talks with HYBE to fix the contract then the whole thing went public.
