Nam Ji Hyun along with K-pop stars aespa’s Winter and NewJeans’ Hanni will co-host the Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA).

On September 11, the 2024 KGMA organizing committee announced that Winter and Nam Ji Hyun will host the second day of the awards ceremony, November 17.

Previously, Hanni and Nam Ji Hyun were announced as the hosts for the first day of the Korea Grand Music Awards on November 16. 

Winter, aespa’s talented lead vocalist, has been chosen to host the awards as a representative of the K-pop genre. She is a standout 4th-gen K-pop star thanks to her remarkable singing talents. She has also shown her talent through OSTs and collaborative projects.

Hanni, the vibrant and charming member of NewJeans, has captivated fans with her playful personality and infectious smile. Fans are looking forward to seeing her in a new role as a host at the upcoming ceremony.

Nam Ji Hyun, who will be MC on both days, is currently starring as a feisty rookie lawyer in the hit SBS drama Good Partner. She has been in the industry for over two decades and is known for roles in Little Women, Suspicious Partner, 100 Days My Prince, The Witch’s Diner, and more.

Additionally, the first lineup of performers has been announced, featuring a talented lineup of artists including ATEEZ, aespa, NiziU, NewJeans, Taemin, and ZEROBASEONE. Fans can look forward to the next reveals, as the 2nd and 3rd lineups are set to be unveiled soon.

KGMA 2024 will be held over two days, November 16 and 17, at the Inspire Arena in Incheon.
