YG Entertainment’s new girl group BABYMONSTER has made their official debut as a 7-member group, welcoming Ahyeon as a member.

During an interview celebrating the release of their first mini-album BABYMONS7ER, conducted at the YG Entertainment headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul on April 1, Ahyeon expressed, “It was hard to tell you in detail, but it was psychologically difficult.” Talked about recovery, she said, “I devoted myself to recovery and ate well at home and exercised steadily.”

She continued to say, “Thanks to the encouragement and support of the members and fans, I have fully recovered now.” Ahyeon shared that she was desperate to come back, “I wanted to come back soon. There was no concern about joining,” he added.

The members also gained a lot of strength through the joining of Ahyeon. Asa said, “The 6-member version feels somewhat empty,” and added, “With Ahyeon coming, it feels full.”

In other news, BABYMONSTER will make their first appearance on Inkigayo this week to promote their album.
