Coupang Play’s first-ever zombie series ‘Newtopia’ is almost here, starring the talented Park Jeong Min and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo.
On December 11, Coupang Play released multiple stills from the show, featuring the leading and supporting cast and announced the release date.
As per the announcement, the gripping zombie thriller ‘Newtopia‘ starring Park Jeong Min and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo is finally arriving on February 7 at 8 PM.
‘Newtopia’ tells the story of Jae Yoon, a rugged soldier, and Yeong Ju, a gentle soul, as they fight against all odds to find each other amidst the chaos in downtown Seoul overrun by zombies.
The latest stills from the drama give fans a sneak peek into the show’s intense storyline. Jae Yoon, played by Park Jeong Min, is seen fighting for his life against a horde of zombies in a Seoul high-rise. Meanwhile, Jisoo’s character Yeong Ju is running for her life through the streets of Gangnam.
