It seems like BLINKs’ wish to see the group reunited is coming true!

In addition to the fan sign event, the BLACKPINK girls will come together for another event, their first group gathering in months.

As per the latest announcement on July 25, the group will attend the Pink Carpet and stage greeting for the movie Born Pink in Cinemas on August 9 at Yeongdeungpo Time Square 1st floor Atrium.

The concert film will hit theaters starting July 31 and shown in advanced formats like 4DX and ScreenX.

This movie is released to celebrate the BLACKPINK’s 8th debut anniversary followed by a fansign event.

BLACKPINK’s concert film, ‘BLACKPINK World Tour [Born Pink] In Cinemas’, will feature footage from their final show at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on September 17, 2023.

The movie will be released in 110 countries, including the US, UK, Mexico, and Indonesia, allowing fans to watch the performance on the big screen.

Besides that, 88 lucky fans will get to meet BLACKPINK members for the fansign event on August 8.

On July 22, Yang Hyun Suk, general producer of YG Entertainment revealed that BLACKPINK will resume group activities next year with a comeback and a world tour.

After parting ways with YG Entertainment, Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rosé are pursuing individual activities under ODD ATELIER, LLOUD, BLISSOO, and THE BLACK LABEL. However, the group activities will still be managed by YG Entertainment.

Currently, members are busy with acting and solo music releases and are set to reunite next year.

Mark your calendars for August 8 when BLACKPINK members will make an appearance as a full group on the Born Pink in Cinemas screening.
