Exciting news for BLINKs and fans of BLACKPINK’s Jennie!

The talented K-pop star has officially confirmed that she will release her solo debut full-length album next year.

Initially, Jennie had planned to release an album this year and said it in multiple interviews. However, it seems fans will have to wait a little longer, as the BLACKPINK star has now confirmed that her highly-anticipated solo album will instead drop in 2025.

On November 25, the 28-year-old singer updated fans on Weverse, saying, “Thanks to your great love, we received four awards at MAMA. BLINKs who always support and love us from far away. Thank you. My album will come out next year, so we will repay you with good performances.”

Following the buzzworthy release of “Mantra” on October 11, all eyes were on the hugely-awaited debut album of Jennie. Although fans were hoping for a sooner release, it has now been confirmed that her solo album will officially drop next year.

Jennie, Jisoo, and Lisa will all release new solo music in 2025. While Rosé is dropping the full album “rosie” on December 6, Lisa’s debut album “ALTER EGO” arrives on February 28. Release dates and titles of releases from Jennie and Jisoo are still under wraps.

Besides solo endeavors, 2025 is an exciting year for BLINKs as the four members will resume group activities with a comeback and a tour.
