J-Hope from BTS

Despite serving in the military, J-Hope from BTS is busy setting new records on the domestic and international charts.

As per the latest Billboard 200 chart releases on their official website, J-Hope’s special album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1, which came out on March 29, landed at 5th place on the Billboard 200 (as of April 13).

This is the highest position on the Billboard 200 that a solo album by the Chicken Noodle Soup has achieved.

This album has sold 44,000 physical copies, 4,000 SEA units (sales translated into streaming sessions), and 2,000 TEA units (sales converted into digital music downloads).

J-Hope made history by being the only K-pop solo artist with consecutive albums entering the top 10 on the Billboard 200. Jack In The Box first ranked 17th when released on Weverse in 2022, and then climbed to 6th place the following year after being reissued as a physical album.

Now, HOPE ON THE STREET VOL. 1 has secured the 5th spot on the chart.

This special album is all about his love for street dance and his artistic beginnings. Lastly, J-Hope, hit a personal best with HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1 by snagging the 38th spot on the most recent UK Official Album Chart.
