Jimin from BTS is setting the stage for his solo comeback by announcing a pre-release track and revealing the tracklist.
On June 21 at midnight, BIGHIT MUSIC released a tracklist for his second album, MUSE, on all of BTS’ social media channels.
The album contains a total of 7 tracks including a pre-release track and a previously released fan song, Closer Than This.
As per the newly unveiled tracklist, MUSE features the following tracks,
- Who (title track)
- Rebirth (Intro)
- Interlude : Showtime
- Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco)
- Slow Dance (feat. Sofia Carson)
- Be Mine
- Closer Than This
The pre-release single Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco) is set to release on June 28. This track is inspired by the upbeat tunes of a marching band, bringing a cheerful vibe to the audience. Notably, Loco is joining as a featured artist, therefore, fans are excited for his collab with Jimin.
The title song Who is a hip-hop R&B track with a strong bounce and guitar parts. It was created by a team of producers and songwriters including Pdogg, GHSTLOOP, Jon Bellion, Tenroc, and Pete Nappi.
Besides Loco, singer and actress Sofia Carson joins as a featured artist in the fourth track Slow Dance, heightening anticipation.
Tommy Brown, known for producing hit tracks for Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, and The Weeknd, contributed to MUSE.
Following the album’s tracklist, Jimin is set to unveil photos and clips teasing the album’s concept on June 22 and 23.
The worldwide release of MUSE is set for July 19th at 1 PM.
On another note, Jimin, who enlisted on December 12, 2023, currently serves in the Army’s 5th Infantry Division Artillery Brigade and is set to resume activities in June 2025.
