BTS’ Jin Announced Gucci Brand Ambassador

BTS Jin for Gucci

Jin’s gone from BTS to BST (Becoming a Style Titan) with Gucci!

On August 7, Gucci named Jin aka Kim Seok-jin as its newest ambassador. The eldest member of the BTS, who was discharged from the military on June 12, has bagged another major endorsement after becoming an ambassador for FRED.

The Astronaut singer joins NewJeans’ Hanni, Jay Park, Park Gyu Young, and Lee Jung Jae as the newest brand ambassador from Korea.

Gucci’s creative director Sabato De Sarno praised Jin’s ‘warm and kind personality’ and his ‘simply unique’ style.

De Sarno expressed it’s an honor working with Jin, “He is a generous and extraordinary artist who can move people with his music, which makes us even more honored to share this journey with him.”

In addition, Gucci is partnering with South Korea to celebrate Korean culture. On October 15, Gucci will launch a project called “Cultural Month” in Seoul, showcasing the work of four talented Koreans who have made a global impact in the arts. These talents include Kimsooja (visual artist), Chan Wook Park (movie director), Eun Me Ahn (dancer), and Seong Jin Cho (pianist).

Besides FRED and Gucci, Jin is also associated with food brand Ottogi’s Jin Ramen noodle franchise.

On the work front, Jin’s working on new variety shows and an album (coming later this year). BTS will reunite in June 2025, after the members finish their military service.
