On June 15, The Korean Business Research Institute has recently announced the brand reputation rankings for June 2024, and the top three spots have been secured by BTS’ Jin, ASTRO’s Cha Eunwoo, and BTS’ Jimin, respectively.
Fresh from his military discharge on June 12, BTS’ Jin has claimed the number one spot in the June boy group member brand reputation rankings. He surpassed ASTRO’s Cha Eunwoo, who had consistently held the top position for most of the first half of 2024.
BTS’ Jin secured the top spot with a significant surge in his brand reputation index, scoring 3,835,261 points. This represents a 203.52% increase from his May score of 1,263,604, with gains in participation (203,157), media presence (594,169), communication (1,650,805), and community engagement (1,387,130).
Cha Eunwoo of ASTRO landed in second place with a total brand reputation index of 3,604,710, a 24.97% increase from May’s score. The score included participation (970,449), media presence (804,053), online engagement (854,655), and community support (975,552).
Jimin of BTS claimed the third spot with a total brand reputation index of 2,258,664, backed by notable scores in public engagement (292,850), media presence (283,203), online conversations (752,322), and community support (930,289). His brand reputation saw a substantial 25.64% boost from May’s score of 1,797,755.
Wanna One’s Kang Daniel secured the fourth spot with a brand reputation index of 2,257,140, driven by a participation index of 743,098, media index of 287,688, communication index of 683,821, and community index of 542,534. This marks a significant 37.46% increase from his May score of 1,642,032.
Meanwhile, BTS’ Jungkook took the fifth spot with a brand reputation index of 1,898,925, backed by a participation index of 132,628, media index of 134,999, communication index of 786,351, and community index of 844,947. His score saw a notable 33.80% rise from May’s 1,419,194.
