BTS’s V, Kim Taehyung, has once again swooned fans with his stylish arrival in Los Angeles. On November 15 (KST), he attended a special pop-up event for the beauty brand TIRTIR, of which he recently became a global ambassador.

On November 12, V departed from Incheon International Airport for the United States, returning to LA just two weeks after attending Vogue World: Hollywood. As expected, his airport fashion immediately became a hot topic. 

The 29-year-old idol wore a dark olive knit zip-up jacket layered over a green shirt, paired with classic jeans. A black face mask, rectangular glasses, and his soft, fluffy hairstyle completed the look that fans described as effortlessly adorable.

Before boarding his flight, he shared a short video on Instagram with the simple caption, “I will go and come back.” He also teased his appearance at the event by posting a playful edit of the Hollywood Sign, replacing one of the “O” letters with TIRTIR’s signature cushion foundation packaging.

V arrived at the event in a double-breasted beige suit and paired it with a black shirt and leopard scarf. He donned a beautiful double chain necklace and a Carnelian Signet ring from the Korean brand, Panache. A huge crowd gathered at the venue and welcomed the BTS vocalist with loud cheers.

He appeared as the brand’s first-ever global ambassador—a role he took on earlier this month. The pop-up is part of the worldwide “V&YOU: Let’s Radiate” campaign, a promotional concept inspired entirely by his image and persona.

The event runs from November 15 to 23 at 8175 Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. Designed as an immersive experience, the space includes multiple themed rooms and interactive sections. A highlight is the Ambassador Zone, where visitors can see V’s actual campaign outfits, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, and artistic mirrored installations.

TIRTIR’s partnership with V comes at a strategic moment, as the K-beauty brand expands internationally and launches in Ulta Beauty stores in the U.S. According to a brand spokesperson, V’s sensibility and artistic expression perfectly align with TIRTIR’s values of individuality and diversity.

His influence is already showing measurable results. A teaser video for the campaign surpassed 100 million views on Instagram within six days. Another post, revealing only a small glimpse of V, quickly passed 10 million views. Now, his appearance at the TIRTIR Pop-up in LA generated over 741K social media engagements.

On the work front, BTS, the boy group that V is a part of, will release their first group album in 4 years in late March. The comeback will be followed by the world tour, and the announcement about the tour will likely be made next month.
