BTS fans have long admired the special bond between Jungkook and V, also known as Taekook. Even as the members focus on their solo projects, the two continue to support each other in meaningful ways.
Recently, when Jungkook released his hit single “Seven,” V surprised fans by joining him on the Inkigayo stage and performing the choreography alongside him.
In interviews, both artists have revealed how much they value each other’s feedback. Jungkook shared in a Spotify interview that V was the first person to hear his song, while V mentioned on “You Quiz on the Block” that Jungkook listened to his solo album first. They often send each other their music while creating it.
V also shared plans to release behind-the-scenes footage of his upcoming solo album, “Layover,” which may include moments from recording sessions at Jungkook’s house. Fans are excited at the possibility of seeing more of these behind-the-scenes interactions between the two artists.
During this busy period, V is actively promoting “Layover,” appearing on shows like “Dingo Story” (August 31), “Pixid” (September 2), “You Quiz on the Block” (September 6), “NPOP” (September 9 &13) and “Running Man” (September 10). His title track, “Slow Dancing,” will be performed live for the first time on “Inkigayo,” and he also planned a performance on “Tiny Desk Korea.”
