The sexual assault allegations against Diddy are becoming increasingly disturbing, with seven new lawsuits filed and additional accusations surfacing.
The 54-year-old rapper is embroiled in one of the biggest and most horrifying scandals of all time involving racketeering, sex trafficking, sexual assault, and other sexual misconduct.
He is scheduled to stand trial in May 2025 and now faces additional plaintiffs, with seven more individuals joining the over 130 civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct.
On October 21, Variety reported that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a new lawsuit alleging he drugged and assaulted a minor.
The suit claims that on Sept. 7, 2000, a 13-year-old girl (Ms. A) was taken to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party by one of Combs’ limousine drivers. The limo driver told the girl that P.Diddy was into underage girls and “she fit what Diddy was looking for.”
Upon arrival, she allegedly signed a nondisclosure agreement and was given a drink.
According to the lawsuit, after consuming the drink, the alleged victim reported feeling woozy and went to a bedroom, where she alleges she was met by Diddy, a male celebrity, and a female celebrity. She claims the male celebrity raped her while the female celebrity looked on, and that he then sexually assaulted her in front of both celebrities.
She revealed that the traumatic experience led to severe depression, impacting her life profoundly.
On the other hand, Sean “Diddy” Combs has vehemently denied all allegations stating that he has never sexually assaulted anyone, whether minor or adult, male or female. In court papers filed, he questioned the timing of the lawsuits and the legitimacy of photographs while denying the allegations.
