EVERGLOW has officially joined CHXXTA Company under an exclusive contract, beginning a fresh chapter as a four-member ensemble.
On September 10, the agency announced,
“EVERGLOW will begin a new journey as a four-member group, down from six members. We will spare no effort to fully support Everglow so that their global potential, which has been loved for their distinctive music and performances since debut, can shine even more.”
The group’s transition follows the expiration of their contracts with Yuehua Entertainment in June. As a result, members Mia and Yiren left the group for personal reasons and solo activities last month, while E:U, Sihyeon, Onda, and Aisha remain as the active lineup.
Since their debut in 2019 with “Bon Bon Chocolat,” EVERGLOW quickly gained attention as “monster rookies,” thanks to their bold girl crush concepts and energetic EDM-driven performances. Hit tracks like “Adios,” “DUN DUN,” and “LA DI DA”—which was named Billboard’s Best K-Pop Song of 2020—further established their international presence.
Speaking about their future, leader Sihyeon shared,
We are preparing various musical activities so that we can freely show our own color and energy. We are grateful to our fans at home and abroad who have waited for us, and we plan to repay them with active communication and many performances, so please look forward to it.
Now under CHXXTA Company, EVERGLOW is set to expand globally through an upcoming album release and fan gatherings in Asia and beyond.
The agency, which also manages the crossover group CREZL, has been recognized for nurturing diverse musical talent. CREZL, formed through JTBC’s Phantom Singer 4 and debuting in 2024, combines K-pop, traditional Korean music, classical, and musical theater influences.
