We have received the unfortunate news that actor Gong Yoo’s father has passed away.
His agency, Management SOOP revealed on February 7, “Gong Yoo lost his father on the 5th. He passed away at the age of 78.”
Gong Yoo is currently by his father’s side as they embark on their final journey together. An official has shared that they are solemnly guarding the mortuary and preparing to receive visitors who come to pay their respects.
The funeral will take place in room 30 of the funeral hall at ASAN Medical Center in Seoul. The funeral service is scheduled for 5:20 a.m. on February 8, and the burial site will be at Xi’an Family Memorial Park.
