BTS is returning to the stage in a historic public performance at Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square on March 21, 2026. The event, titled “BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG,” celebrates the release of their fifth studio album, “ARIRANG.” This will be BTS’s first full-group concert in nearly four years, and all tickets for the event are completely free.
There are two ways to get a ticket. The first is through a fan lottery on Weverse Global. This method is open to ARMY Membership holders who purchase eligible items, such as the new album, during the entry period from February 10 to February 13.
A very limited number of tickets, reportedly around 2,000 for prime standing areas, will be available through this lottery. Winners are announced on February 15, and they must bring a photo ID matching their application to enter.
The second option is a general public onsale, which is open to everyone. Most of the estimated 15,000 seats, including both standing and reserved seating areas, will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The ticket details will be posted on the NOL Ticket site on February 20 at 12 PM KST, and tickets will go live on February 23 at 8 PM KST.
Tickets are free and can be booked using major international credit cards. Fans are advised to be ready early, study the instructions posted in advance, and have a stable internet connection to improve their chances of securing a spot.
The concert starts at 8 PM KST on March 21, 2026, at Gwanghwamun Square. The stage will have a T-shaped design with a runway, and BTS will perform songs from their new album for the first time. This event also marks the start of “BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SEOUL,” a city-wide festival with installations and events across Seoul from March 20 to April 12.
Authorities expect huge crowds, with up to 260,000 people in the surrounding areas, so fans should arrive early and follow security instructions.
For those who cannot get a ticket, the event will be streamed globally on Netflix to allow fans in over 190 countries to watch live. HYBE is also considering setting up a large outdoor screen near Seoul Plaza for fans without tickets to gather and watch.
Admission is for fans aged 14 and above. Tickets are free and can be obtained either through the Weverse Global lottery for ARMY members or the general public onsale via NOL Ticket.
After that, BTS will kick off their world tour, ARIRANG, with more than 80 stops on five continents in April.
