The Jimmy Fallon Show just uploaded a video featuring Hugh Grant as a guest on their official YouTube channel.
In the newly released video, Jimmy Fallon mentioned that he heard Hugh Grant is a fan of BLACKPINK. It turns out Hugh Grant attended a BLACKPINK performance last July.
The Love Actually actor attended the Hyde Park British Summer Time Festival where BLACKPINK was the headliner.
He mentioned on the show that he expressed his gratitude to the three 11-year-olds who took him there after the concert. He even mentioned that his daughter was waving the BLACKPINK cheering stick like crazy next to him.
Hugh Grant brought up that amazing experience again on the Jimmy Fallon Show. He mentioned that even though he’s a 63-year-old British person, his daughter convinced him to go to the concert.
At first, he was hesitant because K-pop isn’t his usual hobby, but he couldn’t resist his daughter’s enthusiasm. He described the concert as a wild experience, saying he felt like he was possessed, just like something out of the ‘Exorcist’ movie.
