Following reports of illegal ticket purchases, the organizers of Hyeri’s upcoming fan meeting have announced strict measures against fraudulent reservations.
Her agency, Sublime Artist Agency, and organizers Set the Stage, have completed investigations into illegal ticket purchases.
For those who might need a refresher, fans were left furious when all 1,400 tickets for Hyeri’s “Welcome to Hyeri’s Studio” fan meetings in Seoul sold out instantly upon release on April 14. It was reportedly due to Chinese bots hijacking the system. Many suspect hackers secured tickets before they even went on sale to the public.
On April 16, Hyeri personally reassured fans via Bubble, expressing frustration over the scalping issue. “At first, I was happy hearing it sold out in a minute,” she wrote. The former Girl’s Day member sternly warned fans against purchasing from scalpers, as mismatched reservation details would deny entry. “Please promise me—don’t buy from them!” she pleaded, confirming organizers would strictly verify tickets and cancel suspicious reservations.
On Friday, April 25, Set the Stage announced that fradulent tickets will be canceled, stating,
The investigation into suspected abnormal ticketing and fraudulent purchases for the ‘2025 HYERI FANMEETING TOUR ‘Welcome to HYERI’s STUDIO” has been completed.
For those who are deemed to have made abnormal or fraudulent purchases using methods such as macro programs, direct connections, or other unauthorized means, we will send a request for explanation via email. If the recipient fails to respond with supporting materials or lacks a valid reason, their ticket purchase will be automatically canceled.
