ILLIT

Despite the controversy surrounding their debut due to HYBE-ADOR conflict and plagiarism accusations, ILLIT continues to break records with the title track, Magnetic.

More recently, ILLIT’s track Magnetic has achieved over 200 million streams on Spotify, the biggest music streaming platform globally.

On May 22 (local time), Spotify reported that ILLIT’s mini-album SUPER REAL ME title track Magnetic had been streamed over 201,230,933 times as of May 21.

Just 56 days after its release in March, Magnetic has hit this huge milestone. This comes just a month after it reached 100 million streams.

With this achievement, ILLIT made history as the fastest K-pop girl group to reach 200 million streams with a debut song, beating all previous records.

In addition, Magnetic secured a spot in Spotify’s ‘Weekly Top Song Global’ for 8 straight weeks and ‘Weekly Top Song US’ for 7 continuous weeks.

The song is also maintaining its position at the top of Melon’s most recent weekly chart (for the period of May 13-19), holding the second spot.

Nearly two months after the release of their debut album, ILLIT has managed to stay on the charts and is breaking records left and right.
