IVE’s Agency Set to Launch New Girl Group ‘KiiiKiii’ After 4 Years

Starship Entertainment, the agency behind K-pop group IVE, has unveiled its newest girl group, KiiiKiii. This marks the agency’s first new group in four years.

While the debut date is not yet known, KiiiKiii is a 5-member girl group, consisting of Sumin, Subin, Kya, Jiyu, and Haum.

On February 10, Starship Entertainment made a surprise announcement by launching official social media accounts for the group. KiiiKiii is Starship’s first new group since IVE debuted in 2021, four years ago.

The label achieved unprecedented success with IVE, as they continue to break sales and streaming records with each release. They have been dominating the domestic music charts since their debut.

KiiiKiii is making a bold entrance with an unconventional promo strategy that screams GenZ. Each social media platform is getting its own unique content. On Instagram, the group is posting striking visuals and videos that cleverly feature their name, from custom accessories to book and shoe designs.

It is worth noting here that Starship Entertainment has yet to officially reveal information about the number of members and debut date.

Regarding their journey, the agency stated, “KiiiKiii will showcase a new line of K-pop sentiment based on sensory and original music, along with unique visual creativity optimized for the multi-platform era. We ask for your great expectations and interest for KiiiKiii, who has just begun their journey.”

Starship Entertainment has built a reputation for producing talented artists. Its roster includes K.Will, MONSTA X, WJSN, CRAVITY, and IVE. The label also launched SISTAR, one of K-pop’s most iconic second-generation girl groups.

Meanwhile, KiiiKiii will unveil a variety of content showcasing the group’s unique personality and style through their newly launched official social media channels.
