IVE’s Jang Wonyoung is preparing to step into the business world. Recent official records confirm that she has registered the trademark “FOREVER:CHERRY.” All the clues so far point to the launch of her own beauty and lifestyle brand.
The first hint of the brand appeared recently. The 21-year-old idol shared a brief teaser on her Instagram story and tagged a new account named “FOREVER:CHERRY.” The post quickly caught attention and many believed it was not related to music but a personal project.
According to records from the Korean Intellectual Property Rights Information Service, “FOREVER:CHERRY” is officially registered under Jang Wonyoung’s name. The trademark covers beauty and lifestyle-related products, including cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and fragrance items. It also includes household and beauty tools such as decorative containers and brushes. This suggests the brand will focus on both beauty and everyday lifestyle goods.
The name “FOREVER:CHERRY” appears to hold personal meaning. Fans noted that Wonyoung’s Korean initials can be stylized into an infinity symbol, which represents “forever.” That symbol is often linked to a cherry shape, matching the brand name. The cherry also connects to her long-time fan nickname, “Cherry Rabbit.”
At the same time, Wonyoung continues to shine as a member of IVE. The group is currently touring with their “Show What I Am” world tour, which began in Seoul in October 2025. During the tour, Wonyoung performs a special solo stage with the song “Eight.”
In addition, Starship Entertainment confirmed that the group is in the final stages of preparing their second studio album, titled “REVIVE+.” The album is expected to be released in late February 2026. Ahead of the album, IVE released a pre-release track, “BANG BANG,” on February 9.
After the album release, IVE will continue their world tour across Asia. Scheduled stops include Kuala Lumpur, Osaka, Manila, Singapore, and Macao, with more dates in other regions expected to be announced later.
