Kep1er to Release First Full-Length Album ‘Kep1going’ in Japan This May

Kep1er enjoys huge popularity in Japan, owing to the huge popularity, the group is going to release music there.

Kep1er is set to release their first full-length album, Kep1going, on May 9th. The album represents the journey of Kepler and their fans, Kep1ians, as they chase their dreams together.

The album features the title track Straight Line and 5 other original Japanese songs. In the regular edition, first edition A, and solo edition, fans will find a total of 15 songs. In the first edition B, there are even more tracks, totaling 18 songs.

Kep1er shared their feelings, saying that they’re feeling a mix of nervousness and excitement. However, they’re determined to work hard and bring happiness to as many people as possible through their songs and performances. They’re hoping for a wonderful time together with their fans and expressed their gratitude for all the support. 

Kep1er has been making waves in Japan with their FLY series. Their singles, Fly-Up, Fly-By, and Fly-High have been a hit with the local fans. They topped Oricon’s daily and weekly single rankings and have shipped over 100,000 copies. Not only that, but they’ve also received three consecutive ‘gold’ album certifications from the Recording Industry Association of Japan. 

They’re going to have their first fan concert in Japan. It’ll be held at the Makuhari Event Hall in Makuhari Messe, Chiba, for three days from February 23-25. After that, they’ll be heading to the Kobe World Memorial Hall in Kobe on March 2 and 3.

On another note, it was reported that Kep1er will conclude activities as a group in July 2024 due to contractual disagreements.
