Kdrama fans were previously excited to find out that Shin Hye Sun is contemplating the lead role in “Lady Doir.”
What truly heightened their excitement was the chance of her reuniting with her “Stranger” co-star Lee Joon Hyuk after 7 years.
“Lady Doir” is an upcoming crime mystery drama that follows the journey of a scammer who sets up a counterfeit luxury brand to exploit the obsession of women seeking luxury.
On October 15, JTBC exclusively reported that Lee Joon Hyuk was offered the lead role of Park Moo Kyung. Park Myung Kyung is a detective from the violent crime unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Agency.
Shin Hye Sun stars as South Korean-American con artist Sarah Kim who establishes a fake luxury brand.
Notably, Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk have not yet confirmed their appearance in “Lady Doir.”
Today, a representative from Shin Hye Sun’s agency, YNK Entertainment informed Xports News, “We received an offer for ‘Lady Doir,” and added, “Nothing has been confirmed yet.”
Additionally, a representative from Lee Joon Hyuk’s agency, Ace Factory, stated regarding his potential appearance in the drama, “Nothing has been confirmed, and we are currently in discussions.”
