When the 1997 financial crisis hit South Korea, Tae Poong’s comfortable life changed overnight. His father passes away, leaving behind the family’s trading company on the brink of collapse. Thrust into responsibility, Tae Poong becomes the new CEO of Typhoon Trading Company. He must abandon his privileged lifestyle and learn what it takes to protect his father’s legacy while saving the company from ruin.

Alongside him is Oh Mi Seon (Kim Min Ha), a meticulous and hardworking bookkeeper. As the eldest daughter of her family, she has always carried heavy responsibilities. Despite her difficult situation, Mi Seon dreams of building a career for herself.
