Min Hee Jin and BTS V have a long-standing relationship, as she was in charge of the creative process for his debut album “Layover.”
The former ADOR CEO has frequently spoken highly of the 28-year-old BTS vocalist on multiple occasions.
On October 29, she attracted attention by guesting on music critic Kim Young Dae’s YouTube channel amid HYBE’s recent controversy.
During the live broadcast, Min Hee Jin praised BTS V once again, saying, “V occasionally calls me from the military, and he’s still bright and lively.” She continued, “Despite what I’m going through, he calls me cheerfully and asks if I’m okay. He also seemed hesitant about when to contact me.”
Min expressed gratitude, saying, “I appreciate his concern.” Additionally, she shared, “On my birthday, he sent me a text message from the military early in the morning.” She was touched, saying, “I realized he’s truly a kind-hearted person. It was moving.”
Back in April when the HYBE-ADOR feud started, Min Hee Jin shared his experience working with the “Love Me Again” singer.
She was hesitant to take on the new project as she was already occupied with NewJeans, but the former ADOR CEO ended up working with him, “But his intentions were really pure. I wanted him to make nice memories or maybe give him a gift. Unlike NewJeans, he does not have to obsess over numbers and things.”
On another note, the court rejected Min Hee Jin’s injunction application to be reinstated as the CEO of ADOR on October 29.
