NCT WISH’s Comeback Slated for Late September

NCT WISH

NCT WISH is making a quick comeback next month!

The group is gearing up for a speedy comeback, just two months after releasing their second single Songbird on July 1.

According to Daily Sports on August 27, NCT WISH has confirmed a late September return, with their album currently in its final stages of production.

They are expected to release a pre-released song in early September, ahead of their new album. The group has been gaining momentum with their previous releases, including Wish and Songbird.

NCT WISH, the newest and final addition to the NCT family, debuted at the 2024 SMTOWN LIVE Tokyo Dome on February 21.

Based in both Korea and Japan, they’re actively promoting in both markets. Their debut single WISH topped Korean album charts like Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart, as well as Japan’s Oricon Daily Album Chart. Just eight days into their Korean promotions, they secured first place on a music show, and merely 50 days after debuting, they won the prestigious Rookie of the Year award.

Their second single Songbird broke records, with pre-orders exceeding 630,000 copies in Korea and Japan and first-week sales of the Korean version exceeding 530,000 copies.

As per the comeback lineup for 3Q and 4Q unveiled by SM Entertainment earlier this month, NCT WISH is set to return with a mini-album.
