NCT’s Jaehyun to Release Single “Unconditional” Ahead of Military Enlistment

Jaehyun in debut album 'J' Teaser

NCT’s Jaehyun has a special surprise in store for fans before he temporarily steps away from the spotlight.

After making his debut as a soloist, the 27-year-old singer is set to release a single titled “Unconditional.”

Following his debut solo album “J” in August, which highlighted his versatility, Jaehyun’s latest track promises even more emotional depth and musical growth.

He was the fourth NCT member to debut solo following Taeyong, Ten, and Doyoung. The 8-track album “J” includes the title song “Smoke” and two pre-release songs “Roses” and “Dandelions.”

Before his enlistment next month, he will hold his first solo fan-con, ‘2024 JAEHYUN FAN-CON,’ scheduled for October 26-27 at Seoul’s Olympic Handball Stadium. The event’s final performance will be broadcast live worldwide via Beyond LIVE and Weverse.

The “Smoke” singer is set to begin his military service on November 4. He is the second NCT member to enlist in the military following Taeyong, NCT 127 leader.

Jaehyun’s new single, “Unconditional,” drops on October 24th at 6 PM on major music platforms, including Melon, Flo, Genie, iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, QQ Music, Kugou Music, and Kuwo Music.
