STAYs have been calling out rude paps for their unacceptable behavior towards Stray Kids at the 2024 Met Gala.
On May 6, Stray Kids made history as the first K-pop group as a whole to attend the prestigious fashion event.
Dressed in custom Tommy Hilfiger outfits, the group walked the Met Gala red carpet, looking absolutely stunning. However, the photographers’ insensitive remarks during their appearance are sparking outrage among STAYs.
In the viral video, the paps can be heard saying, “I have never seen so many unemotional faces in my life,” You guys are blocking people, you gotta be on the same level.”
When Stray Kids took off their coats, a rude photographer was heard saying in a sarcastic tone, “Uh, the reveal, oh now we gotta do it again.”
They even asked the group to jump, however, the group reacted calmly and professionally to all the insulting remarks by the media.
STAYs are expressing that its frustrating despite Stray Kids having such high engagement on social media and YouTube for their Met Gala appearance, they had to deal with media harassment.
