Park Boram, the singer, has passed away at the age of 30.
Xanadu Entertainment, her agency, announced on April 12 that Park Boram passed away suddenly on the afternoon of April 11. The cause of her death is currently being investigated by the police.
The agency delivered the unfortunate news, stating, “All of our fellow artists and employees at Xanadu Entertainment are deeply mourning the deceased with great sadness. It breaks our heart even more to deliver this sudden news to the fans who support Park Boram.”
They requested people to avoid spreading speculative information to allow the grieving family and colleagues to mourn the deceased. The agency mentioned that funeral arrangements will be made in consultation with the family, and a funeral home will be arranged.
Fans are taken aback by the unexpected passing of Park Boram. She made an appearance on Mnet’s talent show ‘Superstar K2’ in 2010, capturing attention for her impressive singing abilities even during her teenage years.
After the release of Park Boram’s Will be Fine in February, she was gearing up for her full-length album.
