P Nation, the entertainment label founded by PSY, has announced a large-scale global audition to select members for its next-generation boy group.
The company revealed that applications will open on January 1, 2026, and will be accepted through P Nation’s official audition website and Instagram account.
The auditions are open to male applicants born between 2008 and 2016, meaning participants could be as young as 10 years old. P Nation welcomes talent from any nationality and offers opportunities for aspiring singers, dancers, rappers, actors, visual performers, and even music producers. Applicants can choose multiple categories when applying.
To apply, candidates need to download the application form from the P Nation website and submit it along with a relevant video or audio file that showcases their skills in their chosen category.
Only successful applicants will be contacted individually about the next rounds, including specific times and locations for auditions.
Those who pass will have the chance to train as trainees and potentially debut in P Nation’s upcoming global boy group.
In addition to the standard application process, P Nation is holding a special “InManChu” audition, which translates to “Friend Recommendation.”
This unique program allows anyone to recommend someone they think has the talent and potential to become a celebrity. The company also runs a permanent online audition, open to people of any age, gender, or nationality.
This new audition is part of PSY’s broader vision for P Nation, which he founded in 2018 after leaving YG Entertainment. The label is home to well-known solo artists like Crush, Heize, Hwasa, Ahn Shinae, Daniel G.Kal, TNX, and the recently debuted girl group Baby DONT Cry.
P Nation has already proven its ability to develop successful groups. Its first boy group, TNX (The New Six), was formed through the 2021 SBS survival show LOUD, a joint project with JYP Entertainment. TNX debuted in May 2022 and has since released multiple EPs and won several rookie awards.
In June 2025, the label introduced a four-member girl group, Baby DONT Cry. Music producer and i-dle (formerly (G)-IDLE leader) oversaw the group’s debut and creative direction. Just six months after, PSY prepares to launch a new group.
