Lee Sung Kyung and Seo In Guk will be testing out their chemistry in the upcoming romance drama In Your Brilliant Season. As per Korean media outlets, the duo confirmed their roles as leads in the romance drama.
The anticipation is building up as this new romance drama is directed by Park Seon Ho. He directed many hit K-dramas including Business Proposal, Suspicious Partner, and My Strange Hero.
Lee Sung Kyung and Seo In Guk to Lead In Your Brilliant Season
At the time of writing, not much is revealed about this romance drama. It is a 16-episode mini-series that follows the story of a man who lost his memory and hearing in an accident. Fate had a surprise in store for him when he crossed paths with a woman who became his savior, turning his luck around.
Seo In Guk portrays the role of Seon Woo Chan who is employed by an American Animation Studio. Although his character has a bright and playful personality, he hides a mysterious secret.
On the other hand, Lee Sung Kyung takes on the role of Song Ha Ran, the oldest of the three siblings. She is a chief designer, renowned in his industry for her creativity and artistic abilities. While she gets along with people around her, Ha Ran is not close to anyone.
It was reported that Han Hyo Joo was offered to play the lead role in In Your Brilliant Season. She rejected the offer and now Lee Sung Kyung and Seo In Guk are confirmed to play leads in this romance drama.
