Seonghwa Walks the Runway for Songzio in Gender-Fluid Looks

Seonghwa of ATEEZ at the Songzio show at Paris Men’s Fashion Week

Seonghwa seems to be stepping into a new chapter as a model, with two major modeling gigs already under his belt.

The ATEEZ member recently made waves at Paris Fashion Week by walking in Songzio’s Spring/Summer 2026 (SS26) show. He modeled two monochromatic, avant-garde looks that received praise for their sleek, androgynous styling.

Fans on social media could not help but gush over his confidence and charisma. Many described his presence as “genderless, slender, sleek.”

In the midst of promoting their latest album and gearing up for a world tour in July, Seonghwa still found time to hit the runway.

Seonghwa Catwalks for Songzio

On the afternoon of June 25 in Paris, Korean fashion brand Songzio debuted its Spring-Summer 2026 menswear collection, “Polyptych.”  Seonghwa surprised fans and the fashion crowd as he joined the runway lineup.

He walked in looks 15 and 45, and made quite the impression with his confident walk. He walked the runway like a professional model even though look 15 was way too oversized, voluminous, and dramatic.

Before the show began, the 27-year-old idol took a moment to greet fans and pose for photos outside, dressed in a simple, minimalist outfit from the brand. After that, he headed backstage to get ready for his big walk.

The Spring-Summer 2026 show was Seonghwa’s first time walking the runway for Songzio, but his relationship with the brand began earlier.

In January 2025, he attended Songzio’s Fall-Winter 2025 Men’s Fashion Week show, sitting front row in a striking genderless look. Even before the event, his airport outfit on the way to Paris caught plenty of attention for its bold and unconventional style.

Seonghwa Made His Runway Debut with Isabel Marant

Before walking for Songzio, Seonghwa had already started making a name for himself in fashion. In October 2024, he attended Isabel Marant’s Spring-Summer 2025 show as a front-row guest. The K-pop star later became a brand ambassador, appeared in a campaign, and walked the runway for the brand’s Fall-Winter 2025 show in March.

While his appearance at Isabel Marant was the kind of spotlight often given to ambassadors or celebrities, his role at the recent Songzio show felt different. By walking two full looks, Seonghwa showed he’s serious about modeling—not just showing up as an idol for a photo moment, but really stepping into the role.

On the work front, Seonghwa’s group ATEEZ recently joined Stray Kids and BTS as the only K-pop boy bands to score a Billboard HOT 100 hit. They now prepare for their world tour IN YOUR FANTASY, kicking off next month.
