SEVENTEEN to perform at The Wonderful World of Disney Holiday Spectacular

SEVENTEEN will be kicking off the holiday season with Disney!

The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular celebrates its ninth year with performances by music icons Elton John, John Legend, and more.

K-pop sensation SEVENTEEN is set to make their historic debut as the first K-pop group on Disney’s annual holiday special.

On November 20 (local time), ABC announced SEVENTEEN’s highly-anticipated appearance on “The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular,” airing December 1. They will deliver a festive solo performance of “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.”

Other artists scheduled to perform include Ava Max, Auliʻi Cravalho, John Legend, Elton John, Leslie Odom Jr., Pentatonix, Carly Pearce, and more.

Now in its 9th year, Disney’s beloved special previously featured legendary performers like Mariah Carey, Michael Bolton, David Foster, Andrea Bocelli, Kelly Clarkson, and Idina Menzel.

Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, familiar faces from ABC’s hit show “Dancing with the Stars,” will co-host The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular 2024.

This month, SEVENTEEN wrapped up their highly successful North American tour, “SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR,” with 10 sold-out shows in 5 major US cities.

SEVENTEEN is gearing up for a thrilling Japanese comeback on November 27. Then, they will kick off the Japan Dome tour at Vantelin Dome Nagoya on November 29 and 30. SEVENTEEN will then take the stage at Tokyo Dome on December 4 and 5, followed by shows at Kyocera Dome Osaka on December 12, 14, and 15. The group will wrap up their dome tour at Fukuoka PayPay Dome on December 19, 21, and 22.

Meanwhile, This year’s “The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular” will feature mesmerizing performances set against the magical backdrop of iconic Disney Parks locations, including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Catch the special on ABC on December 1 at 8:01/7:01c, or stream it the next day on Hulu and Disney+.
