Onew from SHINee made first public appearance at an official event after taking a 10-month break due to health concerns.
On April 21, Onew attended the Star Awards 2024 in Singapore, looking healthy and cheerful.
The 34-year-old idol appeared at the red carpet with a bright smile and gave a short interview revealing his excitement, “I feel good that many people have waited and supported me.”
Furthermore, he revealed that he’s sleeping a lot and has a lot of time to recharge.
Regarding his upcoming plans, the SHINee member hinted at new album and revealed his plans to show a good side as an actor.
After a long break, Onew graced the stage and sang, You Are My Everything by Gummy, an OST from Descendants of the Sun. Besides that, he presented the award at Star Awards 2024.
In March, Onew departed from SM Entertainment, his longtime agency. Subsequently, he has joined the new agency Griffin Entertainment and is gearing up for upcoming projects.
