SM Entertainment to Introduce New British Boy Group Through BBC TV Series

SM Entertainment New Boy Group

SM Entertainment, the powerhouse behind K-pop groups like EXO and NCT, is teaming up with the BBC to introduce a brand-new British boy group.

On July 12, SM Entertainment announced the debut of a new British boy group, with a TV series on BBC, Made in Korea: The K-pop Experience,  set to premiere this summer.

The show will document the group’s formation and training process, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at their pre-debut journey.

SM Entertainment previously partnered with Kakao Entertainment North America and Moon & Park (M&B) to launch a new British boy group.

Five talented individuals from the UK were selected and are undergoing an intensive 100-day training program, identical to that of SM trainees.

Under the guidance of Yoon Hee-jun, they are receiving expert instruction in vocals, dance, and life coaching.

Their journey will be showcased on the BBC TV’s 6-episode series Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience before their official debut. It will also offer a unique glimpse into the K-pop training process.

The group will debut later this year, and the series will show how they get there.
