Song Da Eun is firing back at fans who are furious with her for fueling dating rumors with BTS’ Jimin. After receiving massive backlash online, she is threatening to take legal action against malicious commenters.
The former Heart Signal member posted a series of screenshots of now-deleted hate posts on her Instagram account, saying, “You’ve been sending me a lot of emails pretending to be logical about why I should be blamed.”
She said that the haters should pour their passion into shaping their future instead of wasting their energy on her.
Song Da Eun then advised people commenting hateful words on his post, “If there’s one thing I want to say, it’s not to divide people into classes. Humans are dignified in themselves, and I think society and human relationships are about living with such understanding of others.”
She hinted at legal action by saying, “These emails are not read by me but by my lawyer.”
On May 16, Song Da Eun caused a stir by sharing multiple posts on her personal channel, hinting at her alleged romance with Jimin.
She stirred controversy by uploading a video featuring a man resembling Jimin. Additionally, she shared a picture of herself sporting a BTS merchandise T-shirt and another image of earphones labeled with ‘Da Eun’ and ‘Jimin’.
This is not the first time she has ignited dating rumors with the Like Crazy singer, however, fans debunked the rumors and called her out for her attention-grabbing tactics.
Importantly, BIGHIT MUSIC, Jimin’s agency has not confirmed or denied dating rumors with Song Da Eun.
Lastly, Song Da Eun gained recognition after appearing on Channel A’s ‘Heart Signal 2’ in 2018 and is currently pursuing a career as an actress.
On the other hand, BTS’ Jimin enlisted in the army as an active-duty soldier in December 2023 and is set to discharge in June 2025.
