When Bang Chan from Stray Kids recently opened up about his insecurities, fans responded with an outpouring of love and support.
On September 9, the Stray Kids’ leader shared a self-critical statement in his Bubble Update.
He shared the reason why he works out, “My face card is bad so might as well make the body look good hahaha.”
While Bang Chan may feel this way, STAYs and his fans disagree, and they are loud with their response. Fans have trended different hashtags on X like ‘Our B-youtiful Bang Chan’ to show their support.
Many fans are in utter disbelief at Bang Chan’s comment, questioning how he could say such a thing when he is widely regarded as incredibly handsome.
STAYs left heartfelt comments like ‘the finest man alive’, ‘can we all agree that everything from Bang Chan’s face card and body is incredibly handsome,’ ‘You’re beautiful’, and more.
This is not the first time Bang Chan has said something self-critical. In 2022, he opened up about his insecurities, mentioning things like having a big crooked nose and a lopsided face. He even shared that he has a hard time looking at his own face.
Despite what he thinks about himself, fans continue to support their favorite K-pop star and have been loudly telling him how handsome he is.
On the work front, Stray Kids is set to perform at the National Stadium in Singapore on September 28.
