Stray Kids’ Hyunjin steps out to support friend and Music Core Co-MC Kim Min Ju!

On November 5, a star-studded VIP movie premiere was held for ‘Hear Me: Our Summer” at Megabox COEX. 

Many Kdrama and K-pop stars showed up to show support for their movie including Byeon Woo Seok, Lee Chae Min, Ryu Da In, Yuri, aespa’s  Giselle, former IZ*ONE members, Lee Som, Kim Tae Ri, and more.

Particularly, Hyunjin garnered significant attention from the crowd and his reunion with his former Music Core MCs Kim Min Ju and Cha Ni made headlines.

The two previously co-hosted Music Core, with Hyunjin serving from 2019-2021 and Kim Min Ju from 2020-2023. Cha Ni joined the hosting lineup from 2019-2021.

The Stray Kids member left fans and attendees swooning with his perfect visuals and casual style. Fans welcomed him to the red carpet with loud cheers.

Moreover, Min Ju was a member of IZ*ONE before transitioning to acting. Her former bandmates Jo Yuri, Kang Hye Won, Yena, and Lee Chae Yeon also attended the “Hear Me: Our Summer” movie premiere.

Based on the 2009 Taiwanese film “Hear Me,” it follows Yong Joon, a young man finding his way, who falls for Yeo Reum (Roh Yoon Seo), a deaf woman, at first sight. As he learns to communicate with her through sign language, he helps her find love and hope amidst her busy life caring for her hearing-impaired sister, Ga Eul (Kim Min Ju).

The movie hit theaters today (November 6).
