Lisa from BLACKPINK had a birthday bash that everyone was buzzing about! She celebrated turning 27 on March 27 with a fancy party, joined by lots of famous Thai celebs and friends.
Particularly, the photos of Rusameekae’s performance from Lisa’s birthday, who is a Thai-Swedish actor, professional volleyball athlete, and LGBTQ+ celebrity, caught people’s eyes.
More recently, he opened up about being invited and performing at the BLACKPINK member’s birthday.
He recalled shedding some tears when he received the invite to the Birthday Party. Lisa’s friend who invited him even requested him to put on a surprise performance for Lisa. At first, he felt jittery because he knew how talented Lisa is as a dancer and the grand stages she performed on.
Ultimately, he opted to perform Water by Tyla. He went the extra mile and hired a dance instructor, taking a 3-hour dance class.
In an interview, he revealed, “When you are a fan of an artist/idol, they give you pleasure with their performances. I know the path she walked to come this far wasn’t strewn with rose petals. I know how hard it is for me but to be in her position, it’s a hundred a thousand times harder.”
Regarding his performance, he shared, “So the only thing in my mind and what I told all the other performers was just to make her happy on her Birthday. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just do everything to make her happy.
He mentioned that with Lisa wearing necklaces worth 2 million baht at the party, he was unsure about what gift to give her. Rusameekae thought that the only gift he could offer him was happiness, something that money can’t purchase.
