Queen of Tears is a captivating romantic drama that revolves around the lives of Hong Hae-in (portrayed by Kim Ji Won), a third-generation conglomerate from Queens Group, and Baek Hyun-woo (played by Kim Soo Hyun), the son of the head of Yongduri. The story delves into the challenges and love experienced by this couple.
Park Ji-eun, Jang Young-woo, and director Kim Hee-won were all present at the script reading. The actors who played the major roles in the drama also took part in the event.
Kim Soo Hyun did a fantastic job portraying Baek Hyun-woo, the legal director of Queens Group. He brought a cool and composed demeanor to the character, despite being intimidated by his wife’s powerful conglomerate family.
Kim Ji Won, on the other hand, brilliantly portrayed Hong Hae-in, the CEO of Queens Department Store. She captured the character’s unique identity with a cynical tone and piercing gaze.
