TWICE’s Jeongyeon has made history as the first K-pop artist to collaborate with Apple Music for the Carols Covered 2023 playlist. Jeongyeon has released a special project song in collaboration with Apple Music just in time for the Christmas season.
The song, titled O Christmas Tree, was exclusively released on Apple Music at 1 PM on November 1, Korean time. She sang O Christmas Tree for ONCE which is available on Apple Music now.
Apple Music has been teaming up with renowned artists every year since 2020 to create the ‘Carols Covered’ playlist, featuring their unique interpretations of classic carols. Last year, we saw the incredible Ellie Goulding and the Grammy Award-winning Muni Long join in and captivate audiences with their performances.
And now, Jeongyeon has become the first Korean singer to be included in this year’s playlist. She chose the beloved carol O Christmas Tree for Carols Covered 2023.
