Shinyu hails from Yesan, South Korea, where he was born into a close-knit family with two older sisters (born in 1997 and 2002) and loving parents.
He attended local schools, including Iryewon Elementary, Yesan Middle, and Lila Art High School, before embarking on his future endeavors.
Career
Shinyu trained for 5 years debuting as a member of TWS. Interestingly, he was a trainee at SM Entertainment before moving to HYBE’s label, PLEDIS.
