MOA finally has a date to mark.
On March 1, BIGHIT MUSIC announced that TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) will return with their 8th mini album, titled “7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns.” The album will be released on April 13, 2026, at 6 PM KST. Pre-orders begin on March 3 at 11 AM KST.
The announcement was revealed on Weverse during the final day of the group’s special anniversary concert series.
“7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns” is reportedly inspired by the Korean folk song “Thorn Tree.” The imagery suggests reflection and calm in the middle of hardship. After seven years, the members are ready to look back on their journey while also preparing for what comes next.
The “thorns” can symbolize the challenges they have faced since debut. The “moment of stillness” hints at growth, clarity, and unity.
This release is the group’s first comeback since all five members renewed their contracts with BIGHIT MUSIC in August 2025.
TXT’s previous comeback was their fourth full-length album, “The Star Chapter: TOGETHER,” released on July 21 last year. The album closed their “Star Chapter” series and showed a more mature musical direction. For the first time, the album also featured solo songs from each member.
The timing also aligns with their seventh debut anniversary. The group debuted on March 4, 2019, and this new album arrives just weeks after that milestone. Since the album celebrates its 7th-debut anniversary, it will include seven tracks.
Before the comeback announcement, TXT spent weeks celebrating with fans.
On February 20, they launched “2026 DREAM WEEK,” an expanded anniversary event. The schedule followed a diary-style theme, revisiting each year from 2019 to 2025. The group shared memories from their journey with MOA through special content. It included “DREAMGRAPHY,” concept photos, ASMR videos, medley live performances, diary entries, and voice messages.
From February 27 to March 1, they also held “2026 TXT MOA CON” at the KSPO DOME in Seoul’s Olympic Park. The three-day concert series sold out completely. It was during the final night of this concert that they surprised fans with the comeback trailer.
The comeback follows the conclusion of their fourth world tour, “ACT : TOMORROW.” The tour began in Seoul in summer 2025 and included 29 shows across 17 cities. More than 560,000 fans attended worldwide.
In early 2026, the group also completed a five-major-dome tour in Japan, performing in cities including Tokyo and Osaka.
Meanwhile, pre-orders for TXT’s upcoming album “7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns” open March 3, and the album arrives on April 13.
