Urban Zakapa is making their long-awaited return this fall with their new EP “STAY,” set to be released on November 3, 2025. The comeback marks their first group album in four years and comes with an impressive bonus. The music video of the title track stars Suzy and Lee Do Hyun, two of Korea’s most popular actors.

The trio — Jo Hyun Ah, Kwon Soon Il, and Park Yong In — last released an album in November 2021 with This Star. Since then, they have been active individually through singles, live performances, and TV appearances, but “STAY” represents their long-awaited reunion as a group.

Suzy and Lee Do Hyun Star in Urban Zakapa’s MV

According to The Fact, Suzy and Lee Do Hyun were cast as the leads in the music video for Urban Zakapa’s title track and have already completed filming. Their participation adds star power and emotional depth to the release. Despite their busy schedules, both actors readily agreed to appear out of respect for the group.

This collaboration is also the result of a long-standing friendship between Suzy and Jo Hyun Ah, which dates back 14 years. Suzy has often shown her support for Jo’s work by appearing on her show, Thursday Night, in 2023. Their easy chemistry and Suzy’s playful “front tooth flutter” moment went viral.

Suzy and Lee Do Hyun’s Have Exciting Projects in the Pipeline

Suzy has a packed lineup this year. She appeared in the film Seven O’Clock Breakfast Club for the Heartbroken in late September. It is an adaptation of the popular novel of the same name, in which she stars opposite Lee Jin Wook. She has also been filming the Disney+ original series “Delusion,” a vampire story, alongside Kim Seon Ho.

Lee Do Hyun, meanwhile, continues his rise as one of Korea’s most in-demand actors. He is best known for Sweet Home, Youth of May, The Glory, and The Good Bad Mother. Lee now makes his official return to the spotlight after completing his military service. He recently kicked off a fan meeting tour to reconnect with his fans and will soon be seen in Netflix’s “Grand Galaxy Hotel.” It is a new drama by the acclaimed Hong Sisters, creators of Hotel Del Luna. In the series, Lee plays a key role opposite Shin Si Ah and Lee Soo Hyuk, set against a mysterious and fantastical backdrop.

Urban Zakapa’s Upcoming Album and Tour

Musically, STAY promises to highlight everything that makes Urban Zakapa stand out. The EP blends pop, R&B, ballad, and modern rock. The group is known for their rich harmonies and emotional storytelling, and this album continues that tradition while experimenting with new sounds and arrangements. Their agency, Andrew Company, described STAY as a “sophisticated album with a unified narrative.”

During their group hiatus, the members stayed musically active. Jo Hyun Ah released multiple solo tracks and appeared on music shows, while Kwon Soon Il went viral for his soulful cover of “Golden,” the hit soundtrack from KPop Demon Hunters. Park Yong In has also been involved in producing and performing behind the scenes.

To celebrate their comeback, Urban Zakapa will also launch a nationwide concert tour under the theme Winter, starting November 22 in Gwangju. The tour will continue in Seoul (November 29–30), Busan (December 6), and Seongnam (December 13), with more cities expected to be added soon.
