Waterbomb Festival 2024: Cha Eunwoo Sizzles, Baekho Goes Shirtless, Hwasa Dances to Tyla’s ‘Water’, and More

Down for a recap of the first day of the 2024 Waterbomb Festival in Seoul? The 1st day of the festival was truly unforgettable, packed with thrilling surprises and performances.

Beginning with Cha Eunwoo who was announced as a secret guest to perform at Waterbomb Seoul on July 4. He planned to show no mercy with a sizzling performance of F*king Great Time.

Donning a white see-through shirt, his toned physique and prince-like visuals left the audience spellbound. He’s trending on all social media platforms with fans praising his visuals and singing talent.

Another K-pop artist Baekho owned the Waterbomb Seoul 2024 with an unforgettable performance. 

Baekho went shirtless, flaunting his strong physique and energizing the crowd. He kicked off the concert with a powerful performance of Wet & Wild, the official theme song of this year’s Waterbomb. 

Baekho then displayed his refreshing vocal skills with a performance of Savior, describing it as “a song that suits the weather that seems like it’s about to rain.”

Hwasa stole the show with a dance cover of the hit song, Water by Tyla. In addition, she performed Chilli, Maria, and Twit at the Waterbomb Seoul.

fromis_9 also performed many of their hit songs on the first day of the festival. At the end of their performance, they asked fans to look forward to their August comeback.

Another surprise was the appearance of Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. They’re in South Korea for the promotions of their upcoming movie Deadpool and Wolverine.

Lastly, the Waterbomb Festival is scheduled to be held from July 5-7 at the KINTEX Exhibition Center in Seoul.

The Waterbomb Festival will also make its way to seven other cities in Korea including Jeju (July 13), Daegu (July 20), Busan (July 27), Incheon (August 3), Daejeon (August 10), Sokcho (August 17), Suwon (August 24), and Gwangju (August 31).
