Yerin Baek has sparked controversy in the K-pop industry by accusing Ha Sung Woon’s “Love Next Door” OST of plagiarizing one of her songs.

On October 4, she took to Instagram to share a video clip of Love Next Door’s OST What are we, sung by Ha Sung Woon.

She called out the former Wanna One member for copying one of her songs, saying, “It must you to suck copying, feel bad. If you want a song like mine, please ask me to.”

“What are we,” the second OST of tvN’s weekend romance drama, sung by Ha Sung Woon, was released on September 1. The warm ballad captures the emotions of childhood friends sharing a complex past.

Yerin Baek accused him of copying her song 0310 from her album, Every Letter I Sent You, released in 2019.

She shared a screenshot of a comment on her Instagram, noting similarities between Ha Sung Woon’s “What are we” OST and her song “0310”. Netizens reacted, saying the OST copies Baek Yerin’s song, with some calling out the blatant copying.

Love Next Door production team and a representative of Ha Sung Woon have yet to comment on it.

On another note, tvN’s Love Next Door, a neighborhood romance drama, is scheduled to air its final episode on October 6.
