ZEROBASEONE to Take Legal Action Against Cyberbullying and Privacy Invasion

ZEROBASEONE

ZEROBASEONE is taking legal action against cyberbullying, online harassment, and privacy invasion.

On August 20, WakeOne Entertainment released an official statement stating, “If we discover any illegal postings or illegal acts targeting artists, we will use all legal means and methods to ensure that they are legally punished.”

The agency is closely monitoring social media platforms, including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and online communities, to identify and address harmful content. Through this comprehensive monitoring, WakeOne has collected significant evidence to take legal action against those responsible.

The label has filed a complaint for invasion of privacy, alleging that individuals have illegally obtained the artist’s personal information, attempted to contact them directly without consent, and even trespassed on their private residence.

They have filed a police report and submitted evidence related to illegal activities that compromise safety and privacy.

WakeOne has partnered with Korean law firm Sejong and American legal experts to tackle online harassment.

On the work front, ZEROBASEONE is releasing their 4th mini-album CINEMA PARADISE on August 27.
